Jordan Scott, Co-Founder & Managing partner

Jordan Scott began his hospitality career on the ground floor—literally—working as a bellhop during his college summers in Glacier National Park. After graduating from the University of Arizona, he joined Diversified Real Estate Group as the Southwest Director of Development, leading the development and disposition of projects across multiple states and asset classes.

In 2014, Jordan co‑founded Glacier House Hotels, where he leads all development and acquisition activity. His work spans deal sourcing, underwriting, equity deployment, and the full lifecycle of ground‑up development and repositioning projects. He also drives the company’s strategic planning efforts, identifying opportunities aligned with shifting market fundamentals and Glacier House’s disciplined investment approach.

He lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife and two daughters.

Ryan Kucker, Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Ryan Kucker entered the hospitality industry in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer for Tharaldson Hospitality, where he oversaw financial strategy, budgeting, and operational performance across a large national portfolio. He co‑founded Glacier House Hotels in 2014, bringing a disciplined financial perspective that remains central to the company’s growth and long‑term stability.

At Glacier House, Ryan leads the firm’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. His ability to interpret data, manage operational costs, and optimize financial systems plays a critical role in driving strong returns across the portfolio. Ryan also leads the company’s investor and franchise relationships, helping to structure partnerships and identify new business opportunities aligned with Glacier House’s strategic direction.

Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from North Dakota State University and previously practiced as a Certified Public Accountant before transitioning to full-time hospitality investment and operations.
